ZD8540A Special High Temperature and Anti Corrosion Coating
A two-component modified high-temperature and corrosion-resistant coating. Group A consists of imported special resins, pigments, pure thin graphene, various functional fillers, and additives, component B is a modified amine curing agent.
Widely used as anti-corrosion primer for the inner wall of medium storage tanks and steel surfaces in harsh corrosive environments; Bag dust collectors, flue gas preheaters, chimney flues, and other inner wall anti-corrosion equipment in the garbage/hazardous waste/biomass incineration power generation industry.

· Excellent oil and corrosion resistance (0%~98% concentration acid-base medium), wear resistance, and water resistance.
· Excellent solvent resistance, suitable for wiping and soaking in various organic solvents.
· Excellent temperature resistance, long-term heat resistance of 250 ℃, ultimate temperature resistance of 300 ℃.

Universal Epoxy Primer Protective Systems
Preceding: Bare steel: Use a suitable cleaner to remove oil/grease, and rinse the surface with fresh water to remove salts and other contaminants. Remove welding slag, grind the weld seam and sharp edges, blast to Sa2.5 (ISO8501-1) to surface profile of Rz30 µ m~75 µ m(ISO8503-1) as optimal results, It is best to apply the coating within 4 hours after blasting.
