Pre-Construction Repair Preparation Steel Pretreatment:

Cannot be thoroughly sandblasted or shot-blasted like a new construction project. Often, only simple grinding and cleaning can be done, and the rust cannot be completely removed. Rust Treatment:

Low Surface Treatment:
Generally, the higher the surface treatment grade, the stronger the adhesion of the paint film to the substrate. However, in reality, surface treatment is often unsatisfactory, failing to meet the requirements of sandblasting Sa2.5 grade and roughness. Environmental conditions also affect adhesion; high relative humidity can cause the following problems:
① Increased condensation on the substrate surface.

② Condensation leads to flash rust, causing coating failure.

③ Condensation on the substrate surface may cause blistering and delamination of the paint film. To address the coating failure issues that may arise due to the above substrate conditions, Zindn has launched a low surface treatment primer coating system solution. This solution's low surface treatment primer has low requirements for substrate preparation and is not sensitive to moisture on the substrate surface, effectively solving the problems that plague customers.
