Novalac Epoxy ZD6313
Novalac Epoxy ZD6313 is an amine adduct cured, high solids, two-pack phenolic epoxy coating with very good adhesion and excellent chemical and high temperature resistance.
It's widely used for anti-static and anti-corrosion protection of cabins and storage tanks loaded with crude oil, gasoline, aviation gasoline, kerosene, naphtha and benzene can also be used in other occasions where static electricity is required.
Advantage of Novalac Epoxy
· Excellent chemical resistance to acids, caustics, ethanol, gasoline, jet fuels and solvents.
· Cured at low temperature and high humidity, fast-drying and fast over-coating, the longest over-coating interval is not limited.
· Continuous temperature resistance 180°C, Max. temperature resistance 250°C.
· Excellent thermal shock resistance.
· Excellent adhesion, flexibility and impact resistance.
· Good oil and corrosion resistance, no dissolution, no swelling after use, and good anti-static properties.
· High Build - Can be applied up to 150-micron dry film thickness per coat.
