Aqua Cold Galvanizing Compound ZD96-6
Both one component and two-components packages are available with 92% zinc dust content in the dry film and provides duplex protection of cathode and barrier, with the same anti-corrosion performance as hot-dip galvanizing. It can be applied by brush, roller, or spray gun on a clean and rough substrate in a wide range of atmospheric circumstances, and a recharging system for hot-dip galvanized substrate.
Depending on the corrosive environment and corrosion protection requirements, a single-layer, double-layer, or triple-layer corrosion protection solution can be adopted.

Detailed Description
Aqua cold galvanizing compound is also known as water-based cold galvanizing paint. It consists of two parts: zinc dust and emulsion. During application, the zinc dust needs to be slowly added to the emulsion while stirring rapidly. A high-frequency electric mixer is recommended. After thorough mixing, tap water is added as a thinner and stirred again to adjust the viscosity to a suitable level for application.
Aqua cold galvanizing compound has the same anti-corrosion performance as solvent based ZINDN96, long-term anti-corrosion, zero emissions, and can be used at will under any stringent environmental standards.
Aqua cold galvanizing compound is diluted with tape water. It is odorless and healthy during the application process, with basically zero emissions. It can be used in enclosed space and crowded places with large flow of people such as commercial areas and stations with more stringent requirements. It is efficient and convenient.
