Water-resistant Epoxy Cargo Hold Paint ZD6305 is a two-component High abrasion resistant anti corrosive epoxy , based upon pure epoxy technology.
It is suitable for High abrasion resistant epoxy suitable for Dry Cargo Hold, Decks etc. etc. Protective use: Suitable for atmospheric and immersion abrasion resistance and anti-corrosion area.

Applications


Application Notes
1. The specified thinner must be used and applied on the compatible primer or intermediate paint; otherwise, it will affect the product quality.
2. During the paint preparation process, it is strictly forbidden to contact with water, acid, alkali, alcohol, etc.
Component B is very easy to react with water and other substances. The packaging barrel of the remaining component B after preparation must be tightly covered.
3. During the application, drying, and curing period, the relative humidity shall not be greater than 85%.
4. During the application process, or shortly after the application, the surface is subjected to water vapor condensation and sudden cooling, which will cause the surface to lose gloss, turn white, and deteriorate in quality.
5. When applications are made by either roller or brush, multiple coats may be required to obtain a complete covering effect, especially for some lead-free bright colours such as yellow, orange, etc.
