"If Time Could Speak" Zindn Cold Galvanizing Compound Anti-Corrosion Coating Protection Project Won The Industry's Top Award

The Li Chun Award is named after Li Chun, a famous craftsman who designed and built the Zhaozhou Bridge in the Sui Dynasty. It evolved from the "Three Excellence" Award (Excellent Survey, Excellent Design, and Excellent Engineering) for highway projects established by the former Ministry of Communications in 1997. It is the highest quality award in China's highway industry and the highest honor for Chinese highway builders.

Fujian Shacheng Bay Cross-sea Highway

The total length of this section of the project is 20.193km, with a total estimated investment of 4.257 billion yuan and a construction period of 39 months. The project crosses mountains and seas along the route, with complex and diverse geological structures and great construction difficulties. At the beginning of the project construction, it was clearly stated that it would be a quality and green dual demonstration project in Fujian Province, with high construction requirements. After more than three years of arduous construction, the Shacheng Bay Cross-Sea Highway Channel Project in Fujian Province was officially opened to traffic on January 18, 2021. Fuding City is adjacent to Zhejiang Province and is the gateway and frontier for Fujian Province to open up to the economic market in the Yangtze River Delta. After the opening of Shacheng Bay Expressway, the driving mileage from Fuding to Wenzhou Airport was shortened by nearly 1 hour, injecting a "booster" into the economic development of Fujian and Zhejiang.

Ningbo Sanguantang Bridge

The main bridge is a three-span continuous truss bridge with a main span of 465 meters. It is the world's largest continuous system fully welded steel truss bridge. It adopts a plate-truss combined fully welded structure and integrates the various technical features of steel trusses and steel plate girders. The opening of the bridge is of great significance to improving the urban road network structure of Ningbo, alleviating the cross-river traffic bottleneck, and promoting the coordinated development of both sides of the Yongjiang River.

Ningbo Meishan Chunxiao Bridge (Meishan Red Bridge)

Meishan Chunxiao Bridge is a fully welded steel truss arch bridge in the marine environment, and it is also the world's first double-deck longitudinally movable opening bridge. With a main span of 336 meters and a fully welded steel structure, it was the largest fully welded steel truss arch bridge in China at that time. The span of the lower longitudinally movable opening bridge is 108 meters, and the opening width ranks first in the world among similar bridges. The bridge adopts an innovative design of separating pedestrian and vehicle lanes from each other and opening the lower longitudinally movable bridge. The completion and opening of Meishan Chunxiao Bridge marks the connection of Meishan Island and Ningbo Chunxiao New Town, and the driving time from Ningbo city to Meishan Island will be shortened to 40 minutes.
