Petrochemical Industry Solutions

Corrosion prevention in the petrochemical industry is an absolute lifeline for ensuring its safe, stable, long-term, full-load, and high-quality operation, and its importance and complexity far exceed those of general industrial sectors. This is an industry that elevates corrosion control to the core level of safe production. Due to its importance in corrosion prevention, stable, reliable, and more durable coatings have become the preferred choice.

However, equipment is often exposed to harsh operating conditions such as high humidity, chemical media, mechanical wear, temperature fluctuations, and industrial pollutants. These factors can accelerate corrosion, surface degradation, and structural damage, affecting both performance and service life. Therefore, equipment manufacturers require high-performance coatings with excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and durability to protect critical components and extend equipment lifespan.

Steel Oil Tanks Coating Reference System

Surface Preparation:

1. Blast cleaning to Sa 2.5 (ISO 8501-1) with 45–70 μm profile
2. Remove all welding spatter, sharp edges, and structural defects affecting coating adhesion
3. Ensure surfaces are dry, dust-free, and contaminant-free before coating

Environmental Conditions:
• Ambient temperature: 5–35°C
• Prohibited conditions: Rain, fog, snow, or RH >80%
